Thank you again to Mayor Bob Werner, City of Shavano Park City Council, and Congressman Tony Gonzales. In a milestone move for local infrastructure, J3 Company has officially begun construction on the De Zavala Road Drainage & Maintenance Project in Shavano Park, Texas. Awarded at the April 28, 2025 city council meeting, the contract is valued at approximately $4.865 million, supported primarily by a $4 million federal earmark (Thanks to Congressman Tony Gonzales), with additional funding from the city’s 2022 bond program.
