TxDOT Highway 211 – Improving Mobility in Far West Bexar County | One of J3 Company’s most notable recent completions is the TxDOT Highway 211 project, which officially opened to traffic in late September 2025. The long-anticipated turnaround bridge near U.S. Highway 90 enhances connectivity for drivers traveling through far West Bexar County. By easing congestion and improving access between rapidly growing communities, this project represents a vital step in meeting the transportation needs of the region.

TxDOT IH 410 (Southcross) – Enhancing Safety and Efficiency | Another significant milestone is J3 Company’s work on IH 410 in South Bexar County, a project that improves one of San Antonio’s most heavily traveled corridors. This section of roadway, managed through TxDOT’s statewide Project Tracker, focused on enhancing safety, drainage, and traffic flow in an area critical for both commuters and commercial transportation. The project underscores J3’s reputation for meeting the complex demands of high-traffic, urban infrastructure upgrades.

Comanche Park Low-Water Crossing – Bexar County Infrastructure Resilience  Within Bexar County, J3 Company completed improvements at Comanche Park’s low-water crossing (LWC)—an important effort to reduce flooding risks and increase roadway resilience during heavy rain events. This project, managed through Bexar County’s infrastructure initiatives, highlights J3’s capability to deliver practical solutions that directly benefit public safety and community accessibility.

Wharton’s Dock Low-Water Crossing – Bandera County Rural Access | J3 Company wrapped up the Wharton’s Dock Low-Water Crossing project during the summer of 2025. This work restored safe access for residents and emergency services while protecting natural waterways and preserving the area’s rural character. The below photo showcases the project in work.
